Critical Role has dropped their second campaign series on Amazon and The Mighty Nein has hit the ground running. We have noticed even people who didn't much care about Vox Machina are really enjoying Mighty Nein and with good reason. The story is more thought out, the characters are deeper and the music is cooking! Let's Toon in!

421. Kim Possible

A Disney channel classic from the early 2000's, Kim Possible was a highly successful tween action hit that the Disney Channel... kind of hated? They didn't ever seem to want to give the show a fair shake despite it being highly successful and a hit with fans, parents and a down right good time. Toon in and let's talk about KIM POSSIBLE!

415. To Be Hero X

To Be Hero X, a Chinese Anime, may very well be the show of the YEAR for 2025. This amazing take on modern superheroes takes you into a bunch of different forms of animation, story telling, mystery and insane action. To Be Hero X has really hit all the right spots for me and some of the best character arc stories the medium has to offer. Let's toon in to Hero X!

414. Predator: Killer of Killers

Predator is getting some franchise treatment as of late and as part of that this past summer we got Predator: Killer of Killers on Hulu! A semi-anthology series that links together into a very decisive direction that could revive the franchise in a brand new way bringing the future and the past of the franchise together in some stunning animation. Toon in now!

413. ParaNorman

It's Halloween! And we have a new classic re-release by studio LAIKA with ParaNorman. I went to check it out along with the brand new short cartoon "The Thrifting" an exclusive CG animated sequel short staring the titular characters of the 2012 movie. If you haven't let ParaNorman into your cult classics list run this one back and appreciate how good this story really is. Toon in now!

This week we have a clip of TOON NEWS from a future episode. Here we cover all the stuff that is coming in the near future in late 2025 and early 2026 that has been announced from NYCC and other media blitz events where animation is top of the list! Toon in now!

411. Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle

The brand new Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle movie has been breaking box offices and we get to talk about this week on Animation Destination. Despite some pacing issues this one is a real winner and I'll be interested to see it brought out in an episodic form next year. There's so much more to come in the next 4 years.

410. Trigun (1998)

It's an ANIME CLASSIC this week on AD Podcast with 1998's Cowboy Sci-fi epic Trigun! Vash the Stampede the $$60,000,000,000,000 Man, the humanoid typhoon might be one of my all time favorite characters in anime and we get to talk about him on this episode of the podcast. Toon in for TRIGUN.

Also sorry for the poor Audio quality. We had a bunch of problems with the microphones and lost 30 Mins of the end that we had to re-record weeks later. But it's DONE! 

409. Dragon Ball: Piccolo Jr. Saga

We've been covering the arcs of Dragon Ball from time-to-time on this podcast for some time now. And we are finally at the last arc before the Saiyan Saga begins. Piccolo Jr. is introduced as the new villain of the series, and man does he make a great first impression. There's little mystery as to way he becomes a fan favorite character as the show continues. We just talked about the best of the best from the original run of King of the Hill so now it's time to talk about the return, and what a great return it was. A great retread of old characters and addition new ones that have the same charm of the original show. A truly successful relaunch. Let's toon in now!

The hit new movie from Sony Pictures released as a Netflix original has taken the culture by storm. The songs are topping the charts and the movie has gotten rave reviews from critics and audiences. A fun action musical with great characters and a succinct, focused story this beautifully animated original movie takes you on a fun romp filled with nearly perfect musical scores. 404. Love Death + Robots Volume 4

We return to the fourth installment of Love Death + Robots, Netflix's animated anthology sci-fi series and we have a very... mixed reaction to this season. There are a lot of mid-tier episodes on this one BUT there are some very standout shorts. Toon in to hear us RANK all 10 shorts of LD+R Volume 4!
